Signing without analysis is an unmeasured risk
Real estate agencies and landlords routinely make multi-year financial commitments with no structured evaluation of a tenant's ability to sustain the rent. Disputes, defaults, and costly eviction proceedings are the result. Locarisk gives agencies the tool to evaluate risk before it becomes a problem.
A structured protocol, not a credit score
Locarisk does not make decisions and does not assign a personal judgement to the candidate. The platform collects information and documentation through a guided questionnaire, applies a structured analysis methodology and provides technical indicators on the sustainability of the proposed lease, rental risk and the quality of the information received. The final decision always remains with the agent, landlord or party managing the case.
Three Locarisk indicators
The Locarisk analysis is built around three technical indicators, each designed to represent a specific dimension of the proposed lease case.
CLS — Contract Lease Sustainability
Measures the sustainability of the proposed lease agreement in relation to the available economic and documentary information.
LRX — Lease Risk Index
Represents a synthetic indicator of the rental risk associated with the case, based on the elements available at the time of processing.
IAD — Information Accuracy & Documentation
Measures the completeness, consistency and documentary quality of the information received through the platform.
Data handling
The information provided by the applicant and the uploaded documentation are used solely to process the Locarisk analysis and generate the related report.
Where document review is necessary, the real estate agent may access a redacted version of the documentation containing only the information essential to the management of the case, such as the applicant’s name and relevant financial information.
Information that is not required for the analysis may be redacted with the support of artificial intelligence tools, in line with Locarisk’s principles of data minimisation and data protection by design.
Uploaded documentation is retained for a maximum period of 40 days from the date it is provided to the platform, unless a longer period is necessary to comply with legal obligations, ensure the security of the service, or manage requests, disputes or other legitimate requirements.
